List the webhooks your endpoints own (never ingest URLs or secrets)

Every webhook whose owning endpoint belongs to the authenticated human, active endpoints first, a revoked endpoint's included (SPEC-0035). Ingest URLs and signing secrets are never returned: they are revealed once, to the owning endpoint, at create or rotate.
